Seems to be a common problem, 2/3 on the way and dark beast is mia. There's always at least one hard to grab figure in every marvel legends set and I had a gut feeling it'd be him

Hopefully they'll put him out again for all those who didn't get him. With the new movie coming out this summer It wouldn't be a bad idea to load up Mysterio on the shelves.

Agreed but that seems to be the case with these things sadly. I finally started seeing the spider-man sandman wave hit retail last month when i first saw it online and ordered the set in january...
