Here is how is how I fixed it. I used a small pair of scissors to clear out the holster

I found them with the Fortnite figures which are in a separate aisle from Marvel Legends and Black Series at my local store

Could be a different variation of him coming eventually as a regular release. This version is exclusive to Amazon. Like the amazon exclusive marvel legends figures I doubt they will sell out of this...
