Hasbro released multiple Luke Skywalker figures with the name Skywalker misspelled on the front of the box. They wouldn't just dump a bunch of figures for misspellings on the inside accessories box.

There are plenty of HISS tanks on AliExpress, but it's cheaper to get the real thing on ebay.

I checked Pulse earlier today, and it says they ship to Canada with FedEx. You can check their site to see if they changed that.

As for DHL fees, there shouldn't be any if you've already paid the...

Pulse charges the tax and shipping (if any) up front, and ships when items become available. No duties or customs fees from Pulse (but no avoiding taxes, either).
