Really? I've ordered it twice and both times it got sent back to seller and labeled as "Undeliverable." Amazon support was no help. They just issued refunds. Weird.

Anyone know why Amazon Canada doesn't post figures up with their proper names and use these placeholder/codenames? Amazon.com uses the proper names.

Have you checked under your account on Best Buy? If your order was placed, it would say "In Progress." And, it would state your order number.
