The Wolverine was included in other waves. Wave 9 was released here in abundance, Walmart has pegs full of wave 8 (except archangel of anykind or classic havok) with a little wave 9 mixed in right now. And i did see wave 10 once at wal-mart, i picked it all up except ghost rider which wasnt there. I have yet to see 11 and 12 though.
I was mentioned in an interview with Hasbro around christmas time i think on fwoosh? i think maybe, who knows though my memory is shot.. that wave 6 distribution was screwed up and never made it to canada retail for the most part and they are trying to get those figures in newer cases and such.
And walmarts her ein edmonton have started carrying the comic 2-packs again. saw the phoenix cycolps and dark wolvie dark spiderman ones.
