Storm Collectibles has fully unveiled their new King of Fighters ’98: Ultimate Match – Omega Rugal 1/12 Scale Figure. The Rugal figure will include three interchangeable heads, three swap out hands, a Genocide cutter effects piece and an Energy Charging effects piece. With the reveal comes news of the next three characters to be released; Terry Bogard, Kyo Kusanagi, and Iori Yagami. Each of the four figures will include an effects piece for Rugal’s Gravity Smash.
