I don't know which one is the normal version, but what I do know is that Americans are saying they only got the regular one. We got the transparent one. Which means? I have no idea. but the transparent one is more coveted by Americans right now since they don't have any right now. You might be able to sell one on ebay or something. Make some money

The one we got has the translucent Nightcrawler with the Storm painted with the white accents. The other boxed set has the regular Nightcrawler, with Storm painted without the white accents - just black.
