The paint apps are very bad with what I have seen so far. I had to look over every single figure there for "the best one" and it took forever. I finally found a good Winter Soldier out of over 10 or so, 1 decent Ultimate Cap ( crappy shield gimmick) out of the same amount but I could not find a decent looking Captain America (with the missile launcher) out of the ones they had there. I was going to buy the deluxe figures but they have no elbow swivel at all...but they have wrist swivel...not worth 13 bucks in my mind, hope they clearance them off and I'll buy some.
