I actually thought I might pick these up in Canada when I saw this post, but not at that price.. would rather drive 2.5 hours and pick them up at Target than pay that highway robbery price!

at first I wasn't sure about the price, but after looking at the target website

it seems that 12.99 is the reg price in target. And 9.99 on sale!
this is really ridiculous that these figures are being charged more than twice what US consumers are paying
