I remember when I was a kid, articulation mattered. Of course, I didn't know what articulation was then, but I remember being annoyed that Ninja Turtles couldn't make cool ninja poses. Why couldn't they make them like G.I.Joe? This is part of the reason I really like the new TMNT Classics line now. It's exactly what I wanted when I was a kid. Maybe kids today are easier to please..? But of course, the toys are way more expensive too.

I also usually really dig smaller figures. The 2011 Thundercats line was pretty cool. But I have to agree that the lack of articulation in smaller figures lately is annoying. I haven't bought any DC figures in years and I rarely buy the Marvel stuff anymore for this reason.
