The Phantom Menace wave from 2012 won't be on sale, only waves from 2010 and 2011 that are still cluttering up the shelves will be on sale. If the Wal-Mart people have actually joined in on this Rollback thing.
I'd better check and see if any in my city still have any figures I want for these kind of prices you can't go wrong.
Nothing beats scoring a Senate Guard for 1.94$ at RCSS though. Except maybe scoring one for .50 cents if they ever reduced them that low you'd bet the death knell of Star Wars collecting was just around the corner.
