I know that NECA had licensing problems with TMNT. I know that Nick and Playmtes has the official license for the action figures. I really hope Canada can get these 1990s Movie Turtles and Toon Turtles with Bebop and Rocksteady at EB Games very soon. I hope a deal can be struck even if it's an online thing through EB Games or through NECA.
