I believe someone in another thread said that they found the TRU exclusive Wonder Woman here in Ontario - or at the least in Canada.
Also, TRU.ca has some of the Wonder Woman Multiverse figures in stock, but you can't access them by searching them. The one in the link below goes for $19.97:
