I agree. With the new update to the website 3 out of 5 of my orders got cancelled.
I added fillers to my order for free shipping and they were shipped first but I am still waiting for the rest of my order.
Don't even get me started on the customer service telephone number on their website. NO ONE picks up and I had been on hold for over 48 mins before giving up.
