Cybertron.ca reports that the Transformers Universe deluxe wave 4 figures have been sighted at Canadian retail. This sighting was made at a Quebec Zellers.
New to this wave is Cyclonus w/ Nightstick, Hound w/ Ravage, Cheetor, and Starscream.
