A Paypal Chargeback case can be opened up to 180 days later, so you have time. I don't think Paypal would appreciate you jumping the gun like that, especially right after making the order. That said, Q1 still falls into the 180 days range, so give it some time, I'd say. Here's their guide on when to open a dispute.
