Count me as someone with major issues surrounding Yoda's take that Maul is not a threat and thus isn't a priority for the Jedi.
For one thing Maul and Savage have now killed six Jedi in TCW alone(not counting EU stuff). As well its known to the Republic that Maul knows who Darth Sidious is so just based on that alone he would be a priority target.
Don't the Jedi want to figure out who Darth Sidious is?
