Yes.
The Battle Damage ones are arriving in store at Wal-Marts in Canada and they are all available online as well. I got mine in store.
As for the Legacy collection, Amazon Canada got them from Target and you can pre-order them all now, both dinos and humans. The Jeep was the only thing in stock and ready to ship and is now sold out.
I have a preorder for the Dinos and humans waiting.
