I think the main issue is if they show up in Canada at all. I know
some Walmart exclusives end up in Canada, but not all.
Take the Force Ghost Yoda. He was available in the US but only came up on Walmart.ca's website for a little bit, and is gone now, I believe. I don't think it ever made it into any actual stores.
