Eric Young & Cedric Alexander are both on Amazon.ca. Not sure if it's still there but I have seen Curt Hawkins @ STC Wal-Mart and the TRU @ High Tech Rd. Toys, Toys, Toys sometimes has older elites so you may have luck with Shane McMahon & Heath "I Got Kids" Slater there.
