Yeah, he has the new articulation those Public Enemies 3.75" figures had. I would say it's more equivalent to Wolverine Origins articulation, rather than MU. The good news is that MM is of higher quality than the PE figures, which had a tendency for snapping limbs right out of box.
Flash and Wonder Woman still have the old articulation. MM has the same body sculpt as Superman and Batman. Only thing difference is his head and the molded on "X" on his chest. I think Mattel is trying a "do-over" with the DCIH line. The Flash that is appearing in stores now is the same as the original Flash release. There is another Flash (Barry Allen) out there that has the new body sculpt, but still has a T-crotch. Hopefully when Mattel says they're doing everyone over with new articulation, they mean the full-on ball jointed hips as well, unlike the new Flash.
Picture from someone at Action Figure Insider with an MU figure. Similar articulation, but no double jointed knees. Though it has balljointed hips rather than the GI Joe style hip bar, which IMO gives better range of movement.
Barry Allen Flash. Not quite the new articulation, but some mold changes from the original, like new hands.
Old articulation on left, new on right.
