I got the Red Skull, Falcon, and Black Widow for that price as well at my local Target earlier in the week.
It's an awesome deal for them!
I'm not sure if they have changed the price now to the new "Temporary Price Cut" price of $8.99. I saw the price cut tags on the pegs yesterday.
