It’s a Hasbro Pulse exclusive, so I believe they don’t get released in Canada.

Hasbro during their fan first friday has mentioned a lot of their comic con stuff will be released via Pulse. I assume those will be the same Exclusive (Green Psycho and new Drakkon) for Fan Expo. I am hoping they are adjusting their Pulse so it's not going to be U.S. only type of deal.

It’s not, I’ve been ordering from them since November of last year. They’re great with customer service as well.
