Yep he was awesome. He found me items either from other stores, or the warehouse, many a time when I thought they might be gone.
I still remember one time he called me about ML Archangel, the most recent deluxe version. He said that it had come up in the system for $25 clearance, most likely leftover stock found in the warehouse and knew I was looking for some MLs. So getting that Archangel months after it was gone from shelves, for only $25, was just great customer service.
He is done in 2 weeks, and like I said before I will miss him. I mean who calls up his customers on a Sunday because the PulseCon reveals are in the system, but not on the website yet, to see if they are interested?? That is above and beyond in my opinion.
