It looks like something new for TRU, they have posted Wave 1 Road block. Its out of stock, same as for Snake eyes... but its a good sign for us CDN.

Toys r us online had Destro and Snake eyes up for a minute then sold out. Duke was up for a few days and Roadblock for about 3 days. Scarlett went up separate and lasted almost a day.

Ebgames website has them showing in stock for ship to home or in store pick and you can pre order Profit Director Destro online too. His release date shows the end of the month?!?
