Just picked up some Titaniums and Mattel's version.
I'm kinda disappointed in Hasbro.

I don't like the way Mattel screws the 2 halves together, Hasbro uses Philips screws. Thus I won't be able to tighten anything on Mattel's version when it gets loose.
The Ghost top cannon on the Hasbro one does rotate but it's made of plastic and is very loose.
Mattel's ships don't have as much detailing on their ships.
The proportion (mostly the flatness) on the Mattel Star Destroyer is not as sleek as the Hasbro, the movie does have it more slim. But the Hasbro one has "landing gears" due to the way they made it so that the screws can keep it together.
Plus the fact that Mattel is $1 cheaper than Hasbro makes it frustrating. I think the packaging is what makes Hasbro's Titaniums a little more expensive.
