Had I the funds dude I'd take those two sets off your hands, anything to get more Batman Sets. Pity my lack of funds.

As far as rate for resale on them goes... Not sure, I'm thinking they won't be as in demand as some of the later sets since the first year of Batman LEGO was far more abundant than the last few sets... Leastwise in Canada.

I'm pretty sure you could get original retail value for them though, whatever that may be. Like I said, if I had a spare 100 or so I'd scoop'em up from ya.

Isn't series 5 suppose to be the last of the mini-fig blind packs?

Why on Earth would LEGO rid themselves of something as lucrative as the LEGO Mini-Figures Series?

I doubt they'd end it on Series 5, personally though Series 5 might be the last series released in 2011 and series 6 might be slated for 2012... I mean series 1 & 2 were the only series released in 2010... And I believe Series 1 came out in January of 2010 and Series 2 was released around Summer of 2010... Or maybe my memory is mislaid.

ANYWAY! I personally think Series 5 looks very good, I don't see much repetition in it, I mean when have we had a British Guard or a Detective? Or the Dino-Suit/Godzilla guy?

I'm still looking forward to where they might go with it eventually. I really think they should make a Dentist Mini-Figure with LEGO Dental Tools. A Female Fashion Model or Art Model would be neat.

Re: The LEGO thread

Anyone pick up any of the series 8 minifigs? Is it just me or is everyone else having a harder time distinguishing the special parts this time around? Did they thicken up the bags a little?
