Definitely stay away from NMC Toys.

Lots of people have had terrible experiences with this guy (myself included). He takes money upfront and pre-orders never seem to arrive. Last July I pre-ordered a bunch of stuff and it never showed up, even thought it had been in stock at other stores for months. He never replied to any of my extremely polite emails requesting information about the status. I ended up doing a chargeback through my credit card, and he finally replied…with him losing his shit on me. He even admitted that the multiple items I had pre-ordered or was entitled to (ie: the Super7 Thundercats Replacement pack for Panthro) was in his possession and I wouldn’t get them unless I cancelled the chargeback and personally apologized to him.

The dude is an absolute psycho, but don’t take my word for it. Here’s a 55+ page thread about people’s experiences on a different forum:

I was just going to post that...avoid NMC Toys like the plague...unless of course you want to give away some money then go right ahead.

I've had direct non-business dealings with him on a FB group a few years ago...Austin is a nut job. Don't let the google reviews fool you either he buys those.

Stick with other sites like Toysnowman...that's a place run like a well oiled machine.

Yeah Toysnowman is great. Fast shipping and Amir gave me no hassle when I emailed him about wanting to return a couple of figures I had purchased. Even offered to send me one of his shipping labels so I get a discount on shipping when sending it back to him. NMC I've heard nothing but bad things, on here and other places. I think you're okay to order with NMC as long as what you want is in stock. As for preordering with him.. forget about it.

I've been able to get product from nmc but the service is the worst. He needs to start enjoying his job and just be honest with people...

Hopefully something soon pops up.
I really hope eb isn't done with the neca turtles. There's so many upcoming ones I'd love to get.

Canucktibles and redshift7 are both canadian website and have been both very good for my turtles needs. No 10% discount there though.
