How does the TRU website work exactly? I've had orders ships directly from retail stores. They don't seem to have a central distribution center. Do retailers get to choose what items they make available?

I don't think they'll hit the site either. I'd been searching for the Baroness constantly when i finally found a link to her (sold out with reviews that were already two weeks old at the time). I think they're coming in with small numbers and clearing out too quickly, but they also don't seem to be coming up when searching the site for them.

Could easily be both. Lots of companies have cross-fulfillment, where the system will send the order to whoever has stock.

Got my cc supreme, very nice packaging and you can remove figure without tearing anything. Packaging is even nicer than figure.

Nope. Dr Doom is supposed to be delivered the same day and nothing on that front either.
Curious, what day did you order? I was on June 26th.
