Shipping cost within Canada are nuts. Wouldn't be surprised if after shipping he would be paying close to retail for whatever he would want lol,

Sure but are all these even available at retail? This is the only place I see some of these figures which were either skipped by retailers or sold out.

Not much. Only these two and the baroness+bike.
Their only recent arrivals were for Star Wars.
