It isn’t a rock-solid science, but generally here is how it goes:
-Target Exclusives are available through Toys R Us, often in low quantities
-Walgreens Exclusives are through GameStop, sometimes TrU
-Walmart, GameStop, and Bestbuy Exclusives are through their Canadian stores
It is important to note that some exclusives never really came to Canada, at least in widespread release. The original Black Series Shocktrooper, the normal Shore Trooper, the carbonized Jet Trooper, and spirit Yoda are a few that come to mind, and they were all Walmart Exclusives, of course!
