I was able to order Boba Fett (Throne room) on the gamestop website around 1:40pm eastern. It was out of stock 30 minutes later.

That Throne Room Fett is nice, but it’s another regular figure in a Deluxe Box. He’s got even less accessories than the last Fett for crying out loud. Hasbro needs to f*** off with their price gouging on top of their already inflated pricing. Super easy pass until it goes on sale.

Why would they stop when they know people will buy anyways? The Star Wars team and Hasbro probably think collectors are the biggest suckers for lapping up everything regardless of the price tag and what they get. Like that republic Commando gaming greats Is a joke. A repaint of Bad batch Trooper with a new helmet. $40 without edge discount. FOH with that..

I would say the Cobb Vanth was probably the most glaring example of this. What exactly made him deluxe? The paint?

Now the Senate Guard from Gaming Greats is also a fine example of nothing for a deluxe price.

I guess the only thing recently that took it to Hasbro was the Rancor. That was one time the fans seemed to finally say no to Hasbro for overpriced, lacking content, product.

However if prices go up again, as is rumoured, then we could see more of that happening.

It's not even that I'm against prices going up.. It's just that they should AT LEAST make it worth the extra we're paying. Extra hands, extra accessories but we get nothing...
