I sent him a payment for 2 items worth $82 via paypal as a gift as a sign of good faith because he didn't want to be charged with paypal. Last time I heard from him was on the 5th and he's been online since then till last friday.
Never heard from him again, I was decent enough to wait and PM'd him multiple times to give him a chance but nothing..
UPDATE:
He has given me a refund of my money just now. I am relieved as this is now resolved AFTER almost 2 months..
