I missed out on the Whalgreens Mystique. From a few years ago I would rather have that figure but I guess this new one will do.

The bonus is that you get a baby Nightcrawler this time (the Walgreens one came with a Rogue head and a Lilandra head IIRC). The negative is that cel shading, ughhhhh.

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

I wish they could have just reissued these older figures without the repaint. They could have easily done that while keep the VHS box for collectors. The paint on these Animated figures are just ugly

Don't worry, if there is one thing Hasbro is good at, it is getting us the same figure multiple times, sometimes with minimal differences.

This made me go check thr site to see what else they had. Was happy and sad to see that Walmart exclusive Tom Holland spidey there because it means that Walmart Canada chose to pass on it. But now I have a place to get it.

For 2022 maybe.

Honestly the wave is probably going to be (or is?) a peg warmer. The movie was good, but I don't see a lot of interest for any of the wave, including the comic figures. As well the BAF is a pretty niche character both in the MCU and in the comics, and his look isn't all the cool outside of his head (personal opinion).

I wouldn't be surprise to find these on sale for even less next year sometime.
