Was this a genuine error or was this someone's re-packaging efforts?

Looks like an error, you should be able to tell by inspecting where the bubble meets the cardback, if the bubble has been removed.

All jokes aside, I agree with racerguy76. Looking at the pic, it looks like an error rather than a re-pack.

To me, the craziest thing in this picture is seeing three pegs of POC together. I have two WM and two Zellers in my area, and all of them dedicate one peg to POC.

It was a fluke, this Zellers has been devoid of product for the longest time and suddenly they got a few shipments in. Filling 3 pegs but now they are all the shelf warmers. No Recondo and no Jungle Vipers.

Also barely got any wave1 in so Alley Vipers have been super scarce.
