For once I will go out and say it eventhough it's a low profit margin that borders on scalping...

Re: Masters of the Universe Origins discussion
Why do all these places have the mounts and the sky sled but none of the figures for order?

I think the figures are just starting to become available via retailers now that it is January, they are still trying to get their orders confirmed by wholesalers. I would expect them to be more readily available in the near future once they are confirmed. Covid is creating a slowdown with the supply chain worldwide.

Re: Masters of the Universe Origins discussion
I am only concerned that Origins line does not end up the same way as Motu200x line did back in the day. Last time I was in Walmart here in Hamilton they had 8 battle cats and no other figures. If Toysrus supply of figures becomes the same as that of Walmart things wont go well. Time will tell I guess.

Re: Masters of the Universe Origins discussion
Toy Guru has an interesting and most likely somewhat informed opinion on what it would take for the line to succeed from the industry and retail perspectives. Unfortunately, like all the entries on his Spector Creative channel, its long winded and repetitive. Still worth a watch.

And to illustrate his point, while it’s just one American Youtuber’s opinion
forward to 12:25 in the video

Re: Masters of the Universe Origins discussion
So I guess these are going to be 22.99 now in Canada so it seems (according to recent sites offering these figs up), that seems like a big leap up in price from originally being 14.99, that's kinda a bummer, I don't know if these are really worth that price hike.. is it just smaller retails we think that are putting these up for that price? is the big box retailers sticking to the 14.99? or are they going to go up as well as they saturate?

Does TRU have regular figures?
The only MOTUO I can find on the site are Battle Cat, Panthor, and the Sky Sled.
