Is anyone able to confirm that EB Marvel Legends Variant 747770 is the same as this Punisher:

I had this pre-ordered as the the mysterious "variant" back in July and have not gotten the pre-order call yet and I believe it is out?

This is the sku I preordered mine with. I did receive my preorder already, but the guy also said that they were short on figures for the amount that were preordered. You should also check with your store. They tend to forget a lot lately with calling for preorders.

Yes this is the right item. Definitely call your store most locations just got enough for preorders and they have been known to sell preorders to other customers.
