Any scale model Transformer series ?

Wanted to get into some scale model Transformers, stuff I grew up with.
I currently do some Bandai Star Wars kits and thought why not do some kits from Transformers.
Would you point out any decent model kits that are available ?

I purchased the Kotobukiya D-Style Megatron, Starscream and Thudercracker/Skywarp sets. They are not to any scale and are deformed/chibi-style but look fun to to build. Haven't put them together yet but seems easy enough.
