Might do more yet, but here are my paint app alterations to Falcon. Removing the wide lipstick, redoing the eyebrows and removing some subtle shading he seems to have around the eyes gets him closer to how the digital render looks.

Also what do you use the remove his lips? I've been thinking I'd be fine without and your pics reinforce that belief. haha

I used nail polish remover plus some harder rubbing with a tooth pick. Worked ok. I still want to tweek it some more.

I didn't come off easy.

For the glue gun I kinda filled around the outside of the hole, let it dry a few minutes then stuck the head on. Left it a while, then popped it back off.

Ive had it off a half dozen times today, its holding up ok. Glue gun kinda always stays a bit soft, but it works.

That is a better price than I was expecting for the bike. I thought it would end up closer to $80, after the TRU-conversion
