I've been watching the DIC cartoon over the past few months.

Consensus seems to be it sucks compared to sunbow, but I found it kinda charming, at least season 1, compared.

Once they jump the shark into eco warriors it's harder to take.

Why do these not show up when you search the site? I've been refreshing the page all day and nothing. By the time I see the links of course Mutt & Junk are no longer available for home delivery. I am getting fed up with Gamestop. Between this nonsense, raising the free shipping threshold and being screwed over with my Snow Serpent pre-order I've about had enough. Might have to stick with Amazon going forward.

Oh don't get me wrong, the DIC series was terrible. However Metal Head was a highlight of the series.


That and the hilarious (in hindsight) episode with Headman and his drug "overdose" and the controversy surrounding it at the time.

The Ambush episodes with the Range Viper is a standout episode for me. I do hope they make Ambush at some point. I loved that figure as a kid.

But yeah overall not nearly as good as the sunbow. But it still has its charm

Went with amazon for Metal-Head, I like the option of no money down and cancel anytime.

Heavy Metal was among the best during the DIC run. But that's also saying that he was among the best of the worst.

What I like is that it's first of the Iron Grenadiers line. Looking forward to grabbing 4 IG troop builders and hoping to see IG Destro release. Would also love to see battle armor CC get a release.
