Now that their free shipping aligns with GameStop (well, more like $100 CAD), is there any real benefit to paying $50 USD for Pulse Premium?

Yes, you get early access, which is nice if you have panic attacks about getting figures, but their stocks rarely sell out for good. Even if they sell out the first day, they usually come back in stock several times.

Then there's a slightly better discount for their current Black Friday sale, but does that extra 10% offset the $65-70 CAD that Premium costs?

What do you all think?

I have to admit, I am stunned. Koodos to hasbro for offering free shipping to Canadians. And nice timing with the sale. Many items are a bit stale, but there are some reasonable deals now that shipping is free.

All my complaining to them about their Haslab shipping increases has paid off! Well, would be nice if this was retroactive to Haslabs... or at least in the future.

But agree, a game changer for all their exclusives. I wonder if they would honor retroactively on my VAMP order...

Canceled my Vamp and Fire Team pre-orders and reordered with the new shipping. Snagged Chuckles as well.

That's nice news. I'm going to try and get a price adjustment for my pre-orders (rather than cancelling and re-ordering, so I don't "lose my place in line"). Hope they can do that

Unfortunately, all my pre-orders have something that shipped already, so I've already been charged shipping as I think they charge it on the first item shipped.

I think they charge the shipping proportionally as the items ship. So you may have paid for part of the shipping. Might be worthwhile contacting to see if at least the balance of the shipping can be waived. Just a thought.

Need to check your billing and compare to the invoice.

The reply I got back was that the new shipping rates were for new orders placed - so, you'd have to cancel the order and place it again to get the new rate.

I think you can cancel a partial order, just putting in to cancel the items that are still pending.
