These look great, especially coming from a pretty cool elseworld story.

Hopefully they show a Bane from this story, oh and the Joker head in a jar.

My only complaint is that McFarlane seems to really want to stick to Batman themes. It would be nice to see a wave that has no Batman, or just one figure at most.

The build a figure for the wave is actually Bane, and Batman will come with Joker in a lantern. Strangely, the prototype Todd showed in his little showcase had the lantern completely intact rather than damaged like in the art. Same seems to be the case with Wonder Woman, who's face is not scarred.

I started collecting DC with this line, with the intent of only getting Batman-related figures, as well as solid versions of the main JL lineup. While I'm loving all the Batman attention, my wallet definitely isn't. I think I've only skipped 1 figure so far (CW Green Arrow). That so wasn't my plan.

It's not 90s. This is based on the recent comic book story.

Don't blame McFalane though. This is pretty much what DC Comics have been doing. It's pretty sales driven. The latest best sellers are Batman titles.

I agree with you. They should make at least a few waves that have no batman. I would rather see other justice league members or villains.
