Marvel Universe Wave 16 (2011 Wave 5) Released in Canada

Thanks to a sighting made by AFN member 4lott, we now know that wave 16 of Marvel Universe has hit Canadian retail. This wave consists of Tony Stark Iron Man, Iceman, Absorbing Man, Astonishing Wolverine, and Magneto. The case assortment for this wave also includes Sub-Mariner and Steve Rogers from wave 15.

The sighting was made at a Zellers in Quebec.

I've been awaiting Astonishing Wolverine, but now I am tempted to pick up this whole wave.

Wolverine is awesome...but he head has almost no up movement...I took his head off and shaved a bit of the inside of the back (not the tiny hole but the surrounding area at the base of the skull) now he has great range of motion in the neck. Magneto is great, haven't opened my "human" absorbing man yet...I have 2 other versions of him as it is, lol...Iceman...meh..the wolverine movie version is better, Dark Hawkeye is f'n sweet...Namor and Steve are absolutely pure win.

Good to see Canada getting these already, if I'm not mistaken it wasn't long ago that these were just released in the US. Now if we could just get those Cap and Thor 6 inch Walmart exclusives...
