Actually a former dealer, who still has a Hasbro account, doesn't really sell to general public anymore.

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Sounds more like a CMDStore having the Spider-Man wave type of thing than them actually being distributed throughout Canada.

100% this. Walmart.ca has the entire Lizard wave up for $252 plus tax and shipping sold by "CMDstore"...a little pricey at $300 for 7 figures just to get them a bit early. Price wouldn't seem so bad if you got the full case of 8 with the extra Gwenpool.

They did have the set on their site for $30 each, but I don't know if it's still there or if they've jacked the price up by now.

Nothing now, last night they had singles up but for Ludacris prices...which made the "$300 all in" for the wave seem like a massive bargain. Isn't the street date on these late February/early March?

I've also seen that the Deadpool wave has already been selling at TRU stores in southern California...I'm predicting a massive cluster #$*& and that we are going to see 3 waves dropped in Canada all around the same time.

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Probably, that seems to be the way Legends go these days. I think they manufacture 2-3 waves at a time and then the factory just pushes them out. Same thing happened last year with the X-Men, Netflix, and Thor waves.

They were all snatched up by scalpers here in Vancouver.
