Yeah, the Fan Expo Vancouver site only has the photo-op schedule and pricing.

Nothing about the cost of autographs. The PDF schedule shows when the autograph sessions are taking place and where, but that's about it.

The pricing is listed in the autograph area, under the guests name. They don't list it on the website at least not that I've ever seen.

My wife is in BC right now for a work conference. Her co-worker rode the elevator with Lou Feringo. I kn ow my wife said her hotel cost $1200 for her alone for 5 days, so chances are she's in the same hotel as the Fan-Expo guests. I should tell to keep her eyes peeled for Adam West.

Out of curiosity have you ever been to Fanexpo?

Some guest will be asking for $20.
I don't know if it's up to the guest that names the price or it's something they negotiated with the event organizer. It is more or less a side business for them so that they can make some extra cash. Quite a few of them have to take a flight to attend the convention.
From what I've figured out today, the are selling photos and will sign it for you so if you have something for them to sign then you'll be best to buy a photo and ask the guest to sign for the extra stuff you brought with you.

No, but even with that I know there are celebrities that charge more but I don't think more than $40 is the norm for any such events.

For instance I seriously doubt that anyone at Fan Expo Vancouver outside of West and Ward will be charging more than $40 for an autograph.

That said I heard Jeri Ryan was charging $70 at WW Toronto so maybe the sky is the limit

Got there at 145. They had stopped selling tickets an hour earlier. Totally pissed off. I gather it was a zoo in there. Should have bought tickets on line. Lesson learned.

Got there at 9.00am and line up was crazy, good thing we bought tickets in advance. My wife and I had a great time. Lots of cosplay and hot girls. My highlights were getting free autographs from Lexa Doig and Rachel Nichols and the entire cast of Continuum on a Continuum poster they handed out during the teaser trailer for their show. They were not supposed to sign personal items but my wife got Rachel Nichols to sign one extra item. Crystal Lowe and the cast were promoting their show Primevel and handed out postcards of themselves signed by each of them. She was in Smallville briefly. Not much in way of toys but great time.
