GI Joe 25th Canadian vs. US card

I'm starting to regret not getting the Snake Eyes & Storm Shadow 25th Anniversary figures. What are the differences between their Canadian or US cards? Is it the Canadian card that has a generic artwork and the US has the proper character artwork? I can't remember.

Re: 25th Anniversary Canadian vs. US card

The Canadian releases had the generic artwork and paper file cards, US cards have the full art and file card on the back. I don't believe the 25th Storm Shadow was released on a Canadian card, so your only option there is the US version.

Canadian releases have "paper file cards"? You mean they are seperate cards not like the ones you cut up on the card backing?

Thanks for replying DanM.

It's like a folded up wine list that they stick behind the figure.
If you need anything 25th, let me know.

EDIT:
Also, technically there was never a Storm Shadow on Canadian card(there was a Ninja-Ku) and Snake Eyes only had Version 1 and 3(never V2 with Timber).

Re: 25th Anniversary Canadian vs. US card

25th stuff is still avail at comic show and toy/pop culture conventions. I've found alot of figures I've missed or wanted. Sometimes at very good prices. Loose figures can be bought for quite a bit cheaper, if you just open them anyway.

Re: 25th Anniversary Canadian vs. US card

you might be able to find 25th figures at your local comic shop. Or try Hisstank.com. There's a vibrant buy/sell/trade forum there and I'm sure someone will have SE or SS on original 25th foil card. It just depends on what you're willing to pay for it.

SE and SS was re-released on non foil card, so make sure you make the distinction. The non foil card is not as expensive, but I'm assuming you want the foil.
