We just got back from holidays and I stopped at the mail and this(among other things) was waiting!

You know, at first I wasn't crazy about this piece, but the more I look at it, the more I want the thing!  And it's Qui-Gon Jinn for God's sake!

It seems to be. He can turn his head both ways and tilt it a bit. The hair restricts the movment a little.
