Its a really poor copy but shows a few things quite clearly, one being a Mandalorian. And is that Mandalorian talking to Sate Pestage? I might be speculating a little there.

I also read an interview with Dave Filoni where he doesn't so much confirm that Quinlan Vos will be in the series but he doesn't deny it either. He says something like "Thats a very interesting character to talk about, but I can't really say anything." Sounded as good as an admission that something is up with Vos to me.
