Fan Expo Canada 2010

The largest comic and pop culture convention in Canada, Fan Expo, returns again to Toronto this year, August 27th, 28th and 29th.

This year looks to be the biggest Fan Expo ever. Celebrity guests include William Shatner, Adam West, Burt Ward, Summer Glau, Joan Collins, Michael Dorn and more. Comic guests include Stan Lee, Gary Frank, Bob Layton, Steve McNiven and Yanick Paquette just to name a few.

Weekend passes are $59, with single day addmissions starting at $29. Multiple different ticket packages are available. Check the Fan Expo Website for all the details.

Bob Layton was awesome last year at C4. Definitly stop by his booth and talk some Ironman if you get the chance.

You will not be able to find much in the way of Transformers, and what few you will find will be terribly over priced.

I was planning to go this year but then I looked at the ticket prices.

My understanding from talking to a few folks who go and have gone over the years is that you really don't want to go if your just looking for a cool dealer room.

I also hear that parking is crazy stupid in the area during the Con, so if you do go get there early to beat the masses.

WTF last year $20 one day now a $9 rise in price this guy (organizer) is a joke and he still continues to put it in the basement of the convention center!

Well I guess Shatner and Stan lee needed a lot of cash this year to attend! Ill think about this one.
