They're DC Universe Classics. Though those are from specifically the Public Enemies branch of DCUC (someone correct me if I'm wrong), the scale you want is the DCUC 6" scale. I can't remember if the line's name has changed now, but that's what it was called.

If you want 3.75" DC figures, you have to venture into the ill concieved DC Infinite Heros line. You could probably pick some up for pretty cheap on ebay now. Just be careful, cause some of them have full articulation, but most don't.

something I want to share, this guy is amazing in creating sceneries for Saint Seiya. Bandai China contract him to do display for Bandai stores

He has a pair of very wide die-cast feet so he can balance on one foot
